Ethan Tapper, The Chittenden County Forester, VT FPR: Ethan Tapper is the Chittenden County Forester for the Vermont Department of Forests, Parks and Recreation. As the Chittenden County Forester, Ethan provides support for landowners, municipalities, loggers, foresters, conservation professionals and others on how to understand their forests and manage them responsibly. He administers the Use Value Appraisal ("UVA" or "Current Use" program) and provides support for management of town forests in Chittenden County.
